Activities
"The Activity Staff of St. Margaret Hall provide Activities to
enhance each Resident's physical, emotional, and social well-being. Residents
are supported with creativity, humor and kindness and offered opportunities for
stimulation or solace, decision making, and self-esteem"
Activity Department's Mission Statement
Activities provide spiritual, recreational, socialization and
therapeutic benefit. Our Activity Director assesses each Resident to discuss
and plan his/her program. We encourage participation!
Our activities include:

- Mass, Rosary and Prayer services

- All major holidays celebrated
|

We also have special events throughout the year...
- The Festival - An annual event that has a different theme each year.
Our Residents and their families, staff, and volunteers make the difference
with donations, sponsors, crafts hand made by the Residents, food, dessert,
raffles, games, silent auction, and entertainment.
- Flying Pig Marathon - The Flying Pig Marathon is a major Cincinnati
marathon that goes past the front door of St. Margaret Hall. The morning of
the race finds Residents and staff cheering the runners on.

- Intergenerational activities
- Spring Dance with a local high school featuring live music of the
swing era.
- Children's Christmas party for children and grandchildren of Residents and staff. The party includes magic and a visit from Santa
Claus.

- Residents' luncheon with students when local students visit and
learn about the various jobs and interesting events that our Residents
have lived through.
