Providing for the care needs of each Resident and seeing to the overall operation of the facility requires a broad spectrum of staff. Staff members are carefully selected and trained to do their jobs. The Human Resources Department, under the direction of the Human Resources Director, assists in achieving St. Margaret Hall's overall objectives by providing high caliber staff and maintaining competitive wages and benefits.

Full time 2nd  Shift   Part time (2nd & 3rd)

Experienced FT Aides starting at $11.00 per hour PT $13.25 per hour

Aides work every other weekend, set schedule

$1.00 2ndshift Differential 
$.50 3rdshift Differential
 
$1.00 Weekend Differential

**New: Receive an additional
$1.00 for every STNA hour worked.
